Too much flip is no good

ARH yesterday night was horrendous... That stupid headache of mine came to haunt me in the middle of the night... all the way from the tooth to my brains...
It was so bad that no matter which side i turned my head throbbed...
didn't get any good rest from 3.30am onwards. Only managed to catch a short nap at 5+ before the pain woke me again. Luckliy the panadols were acessible, otherwise i would have been dead~ Stupid sinus infection...
Think too much water entered my nose from yesterday's practise of flips...
Shit my nose man! Shit the sinus... arh... still suffering from the effects...
