Hey hey tiring week

Lol this week going to take my 2 star... glad but its very far away... at least got good food... wahaha. Sian have to wake up god damn early... Anyways trainees had their 1st southern training... think they too rigid, especially prakash... very fierce... like can't wait to kill them... they still think they trainees... haha very sad. Taught jessica some basic 2 star things and let her practise her eskimo bow rescue, she pull until my shoulder want to come off le... then left poly marina quite late... IN the end cos i kept practising flip my nose got filled with water again... so i sian, confirm going to get headache again.
So guess wad, my father got me a traditional curing method. By heating alcohol and breathing it in, its supposed to cure the sinus and the headache, i had nothing to lose so i tried it lor. When the alcohol enters ur nose it'll travel up and all the way to ur head... wah its a slow burning sensation. Anyways, i don't feel any much better then b4... Don't worry man, im not gonna get addicted to it or wad... haha alcohol sniffing... I hate getting addicted... well maybe to adrenaline~
