No excercise + lots of food = Danger
Hey people allow me to illustrate how the above title will adversely affect your life! Ok...
1 Month no EX = Lost of strength
1 n 1/2 Months no EX = Gains of Fats
2 Months no EX = Body ache + uncomfort of some organs
1 Month of Makan = Gain in energy
1 n 1/2 Months of Makan = Gain in fats
2 Months of Makan = Oil deposit in your blood vessels
So morale of the story... = Body ache + uncomfort + blood vessels getting clogged.
WooHooo Bless me man, im gonna start burning some of those fats... but not before my last buffet dinner tonight!
