Alright, so most people know that i am literally slacking my life away before my school starts (next week). While i am slightly excited at the prospect of starting a new phrase, i am more so terrified especially with regards to Maths... damn...
Well during my oh so free period, i have taken the time to practice the arts of making... ice cream! n a few other things... so for those who want to make a creamy rich n oh so SEDAP ice cream i present...
Easy Mango Icecream :
Equipment you will need
1 Blender
Ingredients
1.) Mango Pulp 1 can (Mango Puree Unsweetened)
2.) Condensed Milk (1/2 - 3/4 can)
3.) Cool Whip Cream (1 Litre) or any other cold whipping cream
4.) Freshly cut mango cubes (1 cup) or desired
Instructions:
Blend 1, 2, 3 in blender until smooth like a milkshake, then pour into bowl and stir in 4. Freeze the mixture and well.. enjoy!
Things to note:
1.) The canned mango pulp is not found in SG Ntuc, instead you can pick up Unsweetened mango puree from "Red Man" (Its about 375g) or any other similar connoctions... well you can even puree your own mango.
2.) Make sure you adjust the sweetness... 1 can of condense milk is too much. Taste the "milkshake" before freezing.
3.) While there are Zons n Zons of other ice cream recipes i think this is the easiest... please feel free to try n experiment with others... for me? too lazy.
