3 Different shots from the same sentence: "Take a photo of the engine"

Well personally i feel of this 3 are equally well taken but this also stresses the importance of individual photographers point of view and his/her interpretation of the theme. As always there are more than 1 way to view a subject~

The deadly Dead Pixel

Soooo... after snapping the photo of the T-rex with my handy dandy phone, i realised something... the emergence of the.... Deadly Dead Pixel (DDP). Although its the 1st time i have experienced the DDP syndrome, i have heard much of its destructibility.

15 mins the DDP multiplied to 3DDP drawing a very short line... by the next hour the line was halfway across the screen... and the next... it stretched across the whole screen.

Well... not very surprising. The way i treat my phone and the situations i had put it through... it was surprising that it lived this long. 1 line of DDP won't bring down my handy dandy phone, its tough and it NEVER SAYS DIE!

*Must be the curse of the T-rex or maybe my phone was scared of it too...*

Behold the mighty T-Rex

Lo and Behold! The king of the Dinosaurs the T-rex! Scarer of all children. Ah that brings back memories. I still remember roughly 18 years ago, the dino exhibits were on at the science centre. And right at the centre of the atrium stood an older T-rex not unlike this one.

Years back i was helpless against the terror that stuck me, and was soon bawling and cowering in fear of its fearsome teeth and razor sharp eyes.

Of course, many of us do eventually outgrow our fear of extinct species, strangely this recent encounter not only brought back the nostalgic feeling in me, but also that little fear that still lodges somewhere. So while taking in its majesty, awesome size and respecting its ancient history, i am admittedly still a little afraid of this replica. Lo and Behold!

Well another fear that has found a place in me... is the fear of sharks... influenced by the very successful JAWS movie back in the 1990s. I still remember building a fortress using sofa cushions during the show and having recurring nightmares in the night. And was constantly imagining that the floor would turn into an ocean and the shark would be waiting to chomp me. While that doesn't apply any more, they are still out there... in the seas, where they wait. So while i fear the sharks (or sea creatures larger than me) they have to be protected and respected.

That being said, please don't let your children watch scary shows during childhood. It leaves a deep impression!
